Denver Broncos head coach Sean Payton continues to see promising signs from the team’s young players as training camp progresses, with several rookies earning increased attention through their performances on the field. Running back Jonah Coleman has been one of the standout surprises early in camp, with Payton highlighting the rookie’s ability to compete at a level beyond expectations. The Broncos coach said Coleman’s preparation and confidence have allowed him to quickly adjust to the speed of the NFL. “You don’t feel a rookie with Jonah,” Payton said. “He’s playing.” Coleman’s development has been part of a larger trend of young players stepping forward during camp.
