FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Colorado State University has entered into a new long-term partnership with adidas, making the global sportswear company the official provider of footwear, uniforms, apparel and sideline gear for Rams Athletics. The agreement takes effect immediately and arrives as Colorado State prepares for its transition into the Pac-12 Conference. University officials say the partnership is designed to enhance the student-athlete experience while expanding merchandising opportunities for fans and creating new name, image and likeness (NIL) opportunities for Rams athletes. Athletic Director John Weber called the agreement an important step as the university continues investing in its athletic programs.

"We are thrilled to have adidas as part of the Colorado State University family," Weber said. "As we enter the Pac-12, we are committed to providing our student-athletes with the highest level of resources and support. This partnership also gives Ram Country exciting new ways to show school pride while supporting our student-athletes."

As part of the agreement, adidas will work alongside Game One to supply every Colorado State athletic program with competition uniforms, footwear, practice apparel and performance equipment. The partnership will also extend beyond varsity athletics, making adidas products and services available across the broader university community.

Jim Murphy, Senior Director of NCAA Sports Marketing for adidas, said Colorado State aligns with the company's growing investment in college athletics.

"We are proud to partner with Colorado State as part of our heightened investment in college sports," Murphy said. "Our goal is to provide innovative products and memorable experiences for athletes, students and fans while helping shape the future of collegiate athletics."

Game One, which will oversee the distribution and service aspects of the partnership, believes Colorado State's move to the Pac-12 makes this an ideal time to begin the relationship. President and Chief Executive Officer Pat Weber said the company views the agreement as an opportunity to support not only Rams Athletics but the university as a whole.Vice President of Collegiate Partnerships Tim McMurray added that Colorado State's vision for the future of collegiate athletics made the university an attractive partner. "We believe CSU is positioned to make a significant impact on the national stage, and that vision aligns well with both adidas and Game One," McMurray said.

Fans will have their first opportunity to purchase new Colorado State adidas merchandise later this month. Official apparel will be available at the Colorado State Team Store inside Canvas Stadium and at the University Bookstore located in the Lory Student Center. The partnership marks one of the university's most significant athletics branding agreements in recent years and comes at a pivotal time as the Rams prepare to compete in a new conference while expanding their national profile.
