Future NBA All-Star Game Locations: 2026, 2027, and Beyond.

The 2025 NBA All-Star Game, held at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California, has concluded, with Stephen Curry earning MVP honors after leading Shaq’s OGs to victory over Chuck’s Global Stars in the league’s new tournament-style format. Attention now turns to future host cities for the annual midseason showcase. In addition to the main All-Star Game, festivities feature the Rising Stars Challenge, Skills Challenge, 3-Point Contest, and Slam Dunk Contest. While the NBA has experimented with rule changes in recent years to enhance competitiveness, the league is still refining the format. The locations for the next two NBA All-Star Games have been announced, though sites beyond 2027 remain undecided.

2026: Los Angeles Clippers, Intuit Dome

The 2026 NBA All-Star Game will take place in Los Angeles, California, at the Intuit Dome, the new home of the Clippers, from February 13–15. The weekend begins with the Rising Stars Challenge on Friday, February 13, followed by the Skills Challenge, 3-Point Contest, and Slam Dunk Contest on Saturday, February 14. The 75th NBA All-Star Game will conclude the festivities on Sunday, February 15. Additional events will be held throughout Los Angeles and Inglewood, including the Kia Forum and the Los Angeles Convention Center. These fan-focused activities will feature All-Star Practice, the Celebrity Game, and a fan fest with interactive basketball experiences, giving attendees the chance to meet players, legends, and celebrities. This will be the seventh NBA All-Star Weekend hosted in the Los Angeles area, with previous events in 1963, 1972, 1983, 2004, 2011, and 2018.

2027: Phoenix Suns, Footprint Center

The 2027 NBA All-Star Game will be held in Phoenix, Arizona, at the Footprint Center, home of the Suns, from February 19–21. The Rising Stars Challenge will kick off the weekend on Friday, February 19, followed by the Skills Challenge, 3-Point Contest, and Slam Dunk Contest on Saturday. The 76th NBA All-Star Game will close the event on Sunday, February 21. Similar to Los Angeles, Phoenix will host several fan events, including All-Star Practice, the Celebrity Game, and a fan fest. This marks the fourth time the city has hosted NBA All-Star Weekend, with the most recent occurrence in 2009.

Beyond 2027

As of now, locations for the 2028, 2029, and 2030 NBA All-Star Games have not been announced. The league is expected to reveal the 2028 site in the coming months.
