MILWAUKEE — Devin Booker led the way with 27 points, followed by Jalen Green with 25 and Royce O’Neale contributing 21 as the Phoenix Suns pulled away in the fourth quarter to secure a 129-114 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday night. Phoenix shot an impressive 53.9 percent from the field, hitting a season-high 24 three-pointers on 51 attempts. Milwaukee also shot well, making 51.2 percent of their attempts and 16 of 38 from beyond the arc. The game was tightly contested, featuring 16 ties and 12 lead changes. O’Neale’s remarkable 50-foot buzzer-beater at the end of the third quarter gave the Suns a lead they would not relinquish. Phoenix then opened the fourth quarter with a 7-0 run to extend the advantage to 107-97, maintaining a lead of at least seven points for the remainder of the game. For the Bucks, Kyle Kuzma scored a season-high 33 points, while Giannis Antetokounmpo and Myles Turner each added 22. Ousmane Dieng recorded a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Phoenix, winners of five of their last six games, began a six-game road trip and moved within one game of Denver for the sixth seed in the Western Conference. Milwaukee, meanwhile, has dropped six of seven games, including a 3-7 stretch with nine home contests.

Taurean Prince returned for Milwaukee after a mid-November neck surgery but finished scoreless in 18 minutes. Phoenix’s Jordan Goodwin, returning from a left calf strain, added six points in 13 minutes. The Bucks were also without Kevin Porter Jr., Bobby Portis, and Jericho Sims due to injuries.
