"Breaking Barriers: How Angel Reese Made History with Her WNBA Debut Against the Seattle Storm"

New Chicago Sky star Angel Reese secured her first double-double in the WNBA against the Seattle Storm on Tuesday night. In her fifth game as a rookie, Reese tacked on 12 rebounds and 11 points against the Storm in a 77-68 loss.


Reese was a double-double queen during her run with the LSU Tigers women's basketball team.

In 20 games, Reese broke LSU legend Sylvia Fowles' record on a Monday night game with 14 points and 14 rebounds. 


During the Tigers' national championship game against Iowa, Reese earned another with 15 points and 10 rebounds. It was her 34th double-double in a 36 game season and is an NCAA record.

Sylvia Fowles holds with WNBA record for double-doubles with 193.
