As of April 17, 2025, the Cincinnati Bengals are currently in the offseason, and there are no ongoing injury reports. However, here are some significant injury updates from the 2024 season:

Erick All Jr. (Tight End) - Rookie tight end Erick All Jr. is anticipated to miss the entirety of the 2025 NFL season due to complications arising from a prior ACL injury. He initially sustained the ACL tear in November 2024, and further assessments indicated that he would require two surgeries rather than one. This setback has notably affected the Bengals' tight end depth as they prepare for the upcoming season.

Jaxson Kirkland (Offensive Guard) - Offensive guard Jaxson Kirkland experienced a torn biceps muscle in October 2024, which resulted in his placement on injured reserve. This injury prematurely concluded his season and exacerbated the Bengals' ongoing issues with their offensive line.

Dax Hill (Cornerback) - Cornerback Dax Hill was placed on injured reserve in October 2024 due to a knee injury, leaving a noticeable gap in the Bengals' secondary for the remainder of the season.

Trent Brown (Offensive Tackle) - Offensive tackle Trent Brown was also placed on injured reserve in September 2024 due to a knee injury, further diminishing the depth of the Bengals' offensive line.

Cam Sample (Defensive End) - Defensive end Cam Sample suffered an Achilles injury in August 2024, which led to his placement on injured reserve and sidelined him for the entire 2024 season.
