Taylor Makar, 24, recently concluded a standout season with the University of Maine, where he tallied 30 points (18 goals and 12 assists) in 38 games. His performance led the team in goals and ranked second in overall points. Notably, Makar's six game-winning goals were a team high, and he achieved a personal best with an eight-point streak (seven goals and one assist) over six games from January 18 to February 14, 2025. ​Western
