The Utah Jazz will be updating their uniform collection by incorporating purple and blue as the primary colors for the upcoming two seasons. According to the team, these new colors will complement the existing white, yellow, and black sets. The transition will gradually introduce shades of purple, black, and blue into the team's uniform rotation over the next couple of years.

“For the 2024-25 season, the Utah Jazz will transition to an expanded brand color palette with two bold new uniforms, to be worn alongside our current Association and Statement Edition uniforms. Influenced by Mountain Basketball, our City Edition and Statement Edition (dropping Jan. 1, 2025) reveal our direction to adopt Mountain Purple, Midnight Black, and Sky Blue as part of our expanded identity.”
According to The Salt Lake Tribune's Andy Larsen, the new black Statement Edition uniform will not be utilized or available for purchase until 2025. However, in the 2025-26 season, the team plans to fully transition from their current yellow, black, and white looks to introduce new Association and Icon Edition uniforms. The team will also retain the black Statement Edition uniform introduced in 2024, while a new City Edition uniform will be unveiled at a later date. This decision, as stated by the team, aims to clarify the Jazz's "intent and mission" by launching both years' uniforms simultaneously. The Jazz initially introduced some of their current uniform set in 2022, incorporating various shades of black, yellow, and white. In the previous season, they revealed new Classic Edition uniforms that prominently featured purple, and their latest uniform release continues to move in that direction.
