EUGENE, Ore. — The Oregon Ducks may have found their next star wide receiver in freshman Dakorien Moore. In just a few weeks, Moore has quickly established himself as the Ducks’ primary target, delivering highlight-reel plays and proving he can handle the spotlight.

Moore’s rise has been swift. In recent games, he scored two touchdowns against Oklahoma State and added another in last week’s heated rivalry matchup against Oregon State. His knack for making plays when it matters most has quickly made him a fan favorite in Eugene.

A Texas native, Moore comes from powerhouse Duncanville High School, where he started all four years and competed on some of the biggest stages in high school football. He helped lead Duncanville to two 6A Texas State Championships, demonstrating poise and talent under pressure.

Now, Moore is translating that success to the college level. Analysts already project him as an early NFL Draft pick once his eligibility concludes, with many considering him one of the brightest young talents in the country. His blend of speed, athleticism, and reliable hands makes him a constant deep threat in Oregon’s high-powered passing game.

This weekend, the Ducks face a significant test on the road against top-ten opponent Penn State. Moore is expected to play a pivotal role as Oregon aims to extend its winning streak. With his big-play ability and growing confidence, Moore could be the difference-maker in this primetime matchup.
