Colorado's two-way standout, Travis Hunter, a candidate for the Heisman Trophy, is anticipated to participate in Saturday's game against Arizona, as confirmed by coach Deion Sanders on Tuesday. "Travis is definitely expected to play," Sanders stated. Hunter left the previous Saturday's match against Kansas State due to a right shoulder injury in the second quarter and did not return to the field. In the first half against K-State, he played 23 offensive snaps and 21 defensive snaps, achieving three receptions for 26 yards and contributing one tackle. Over the course of six games, Hunter has emerged as Colorado's leading receiver with 49 catches totaling 587 yards and six touchdowns, while also being recognized as the team's top defensive player. Coach Sanders also indicated that Colorado's second-leading receiver, Jimmy Horn, is likely to play against Arizona. Horn had to leave early during the game against the Wildcats after making three receptions for 20 yards. Additionally, Omarion Miller, another receiver who sustained an injury during the K-State game, underwent surgery on Monday and is not expected to return for the remainder of the season, according to Sanders. Miller, who had only two catches prior to Saturday's game, had a standout performance against the Wildcats, recording eight receptions for 145 yards.
