The NCAA announced on Wednesday afternoon its plans for the locations of NCAA Championships during the 2026-27 and 2027-28 academic years. The Division I women's lacrosse championship for 2027 and 2028 will take place at Subaru Park, located just outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a venue that previously hosted the championship weekend in 2015 and 2016. The men's lacrosse championships for Divisions I, II, and III will return to Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia for the ninth time in 2027, before moving to Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, in 2028. It is important to note that the NCAA's announcement did not specify a location for the men's lacrosse championships across Divisions I, II, and III, nor for the Division I women's lacrosse championship in 2026, as the successful bid by the United States to host the FIFA World Cup has ruled out Gillette Stadium as a potential site.
