Saints Erase Early Deficit, Hold Off Giants 34-27 to Snap Three-Game Losing Streak.

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — The New Orleans Saints ended their three-game losing streak Sunday with a 34-27 victory over the New York Giants, overcoming an early 10-point deficit behind quarterback Tyler Shough. Shough accounted for four touchdowns, throwing scoring passes to Bryce Lance, Alvin Kamara and Chris Olave while adding a rushing touchdown. New Orleans scored 34 unanswered points after falling behind 10-0 late in the first half.
A key turning point came when Isaiah Stalbird forced a fumble on a kickoff return, allowing the Saints to tie the game just before halftime. New Orleans carried that momentum into the second half and built a commanding lead. The Giants attempted a late comeback behind quarterback J.J. McCarthy, who threw for 243 yards in just over 11 minutes of action. However, New York's final opportunity ended with an incomplete fourth-down pass in the closing minute. Shough finished with 144 passing yards and 32 rushing yards as the Saints improved to 2-4. The Giants dropped to 3-2-1.
New Orleans will face the Pittsburgh Steelers next Sunday in Paris, while New York travels to Houston to take on the Texans.
