Heading into week 4 of the NFL there has been a lot going on from teams losing in shocking ways to some teams being in an unfamiliar position. Let's take a glance at the AFC three teams remaining undefeated being the Chargers, Colts, Bills. Many are shocked by the Colts performance so far in the year one of their wins coming from the Denver Broncos were highly considered to win the AFC west heading into the season. Bills have been cruising so far, the Bills had a close game to open their season against the Baltimore Ravens and found the step to comeback and win the game (41-40) The Buffalo Bills in their next matchup will face the New Orleans Saints. The Chargers just came off a blockbuster win over the Broncos ending it in field goal fashion winning it 23-20 at home. The Broncos are looking to get back on the winning board as they take on the Bengals without starter Joe Burrow at home on Monday night.
Taking a look at the NFC the Eagles are still unbeatable as they had two blocked field goals and a scoop and score to seal their victory this past weekend against the Rams. The Eagles will have a tough matchup as it will be a battle of the undefeated Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Philadelphia Eagles. Stay tuned for that game to see who can hang as undefeated. The Green Bay Packers were stunned as they dropped their game to the Cleveland Browns with a final score of (13-10) the Packers seemed to be on a roll beating the Cowboys and the Commanders before losing to the Browns. The Browns look to have another tough opponent the Detroit Lions who just knocked off the Baltimore Ravens this past Monday night.
The Tennessee Titans are on a struggle as their a young team in this league that is filled with veterans they are going to try and secure their first win of the season after starting out (0-3) Two teams from the AFC but also from the same Division will be looking to secure their first win of the season the Houston Texans. This will be a battle to see who can come out on top and get their first victory of the season. Another Clash on Monday night between the New York Jets and Miami Dolphins. Both teams enter week 4 as winless as well so there is going to be a fair amount of teams heading into week 4 looking for their first win of the season.
Some Buzz entering week 4 is that the Giants have named their starting quarterback for this week being Jaxon Dart who they drafted out of Ole Miss. Head coach for the Giants Brian Doboll said “it was my decision” to bench Russell Wilson for Jaxon Dart. Is Dart the answer for New York? The Giants will match up against the undefeated Chargers. This will be a good start for Jaxon and see what he can bring for New York. Some teams who should be looking at the trade market early on into the season. San Francisco should be one of the teams This team has never been shy of making big decisions and with the news of losing edge rusher Nick Bosa they need to see who can fill in that gap for the season. Bosa (ACL tear )
The Kansas City Chiefs are another team who could use some help on the offense. Even though they got their first victory of the New York Giants it did not look good. Xavier Worthy and Rashee Rice out with shoulder Injuries will return to the lineup but as of now Hollywood Brown and Tayquan Thorton could use some extra help. Anybody surprised by a particular quarterback in the league right now well Daniel Jones has taken everyone by storm. He is third in passing yards in the league and has only sacked twice that came from the highly thought of Denver Broncos defense.
Daniel Jones being in a position where this is pieces for him to play at his best and be successful in the league. Early on into his career he did not have the full correct pieces he needed but on this Colts team there is more to offer. The Giants making the move on Dart so early on the Giants play this early on has not been pleasant even though there has been flashes of Russel Wilson playing well but it has not been working. There are also big decisions where Russel Wilosn could not extend plays or make decisions that are unacceptable in the NFL,
Such as throwing the football out of bounds where there are no receivers. Dart also hit every process mark that the coach Brian Doboll wanted him to hit. Even the Giants are winless there was a shine in Ruseel Wilson against the cowboys but ever since then he has formed back into his older self. Thus leaving the Giants with no choice but to start Dart and see where that takes them. The Struggle in Atlanta continues some wonder if Penix is the choice still? There are just not enough pieces for him to be successful as he is still playing like a true quarterback even though he has only started six games for Atlanta. But the main concern as they dropped to Carolina 30-0 is a huge concern. Plays seemed too long to come out and receivers just dropped training camp passes.
A lot to look forward to in Week 4 as it starts Tomorrow with the Seattle Seahawks vs Arizona both teams starting off good but only one team will advance to (3-1)
