Utah State wins 71-67 against Wyoming

Ian Martinez contributed 19 points to Utah State's 71-67 victory over Wyoming on Tuesday evening.
Martinez recorded a shooting performance of 5 for 11 from the field, although he struggled from beyond the arc, finishing 0 for 5 on three-point attempts. He excelled at the free-throw line, converting all 9 attempts for the Aggies (20-3, 10-2 Mountain West Conference). Drake Allen supported the team with 11 points, shooting 3 of 8 from the field, including 2 of 4 from three-point range, and making 3 of 5 free throws.
For the Cowboys (11-12, 4-8), Jordan Nesbitt also scored 11 points and secured seven rebounds, while Dontaie Allen contributed 10 points. Kobe Newton added nine points to the team's total.
Utah State's next challenge will be a road game against Fresno State on Friday, while Wyoming will host UNLV on Saturday.
