Caitlin Clark Discusses Her Super Bowl Preferences.

Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark recently shared her thoughts on the upcoming Super Bowl LX and revealed both her preferred team and the franchise she refuses to support. Clark discussed the NFL playoff picture during an appearance on the New Heights podcast, hosted by Jason and Travis Kelce. With the Kansas City Chiefs eliminated from postseason contention, Clark explained that she needed to find a new team to follow. A longtime Chiefs supporter, she admitted that her attention has shifted to other contenders. Clark expressed particular admiration for New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye, praising his performance throughout the season and stating that she would likely support the Patriots moving forward. She also acknowledged the strength of the Los Angeles Rams as another team worth watching. In addition, Clark spoke positively about Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold, describing him as someone she could root for. However, when the conversation turned to teams she could not support, Clark made her feelings clear. She stated that she strongly dislikes the Buffalo Bills, emphasizing that they are one team she would never cheer for.

Clark’s interest in New England aligns with the Patriots’ dramatic turnaround this season. Under head coach Mike Vrabel, the team rebounded from a 4–13 finish the previous year to claim the AFC East title. The Patriots currently hold a 13–3 record, tied for the best in the league.

A major factor in New England’s success has been the development of quarterback Drake Maye. At just 23 years old, Maye has played a key role in transforming the Patriots into legitimate Super Bowl contenders, making them an appealing choice for fans seeking a new postseason favorite.
