Kawhi Leonard, James Harden Lead Clippers to Dominant Win Over Nets.

INGLEWOOD, Calif. — Kawhi Leonard scored 28 points, including 21 in the first half, as the Los Angeles Clippers built a commanding lead and defeated the Brooklyn Nets 126-89 on Sunday. James Harden contributed 19 points, John Collins added 18, and Jordan Miller finished with 16. Ivica Zubac recorded a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds. The victory marked the Clippers’ eighth win in nine games, following a recent triumph over the Los Angeles Lakers. The Nets struggled offensively, shooting just 28% in the first half and 34% overall (29 of 86), including 21% from beyond the arc (9 of 43). Danny Wolf led Brooklyn with 14 points, while Egor Demin added 12. The team extended its losing streak to four games and has now dropped 10 of its last 11, and 13 of their last 15 contests. Los Angeles jumped out to a 24-point lead in the first quarter and increased it to 38 points in the second, entering halftime with a 68-37 advantage.

The Clippers maintained control through the third quarter, holding a 96-66 lead heading into the final period. This win continued a trend of lopsided Clippers victories over the Nets; in their previous meeting in Los Angeles on January 15, 2025, the Clippers won by 59 points (126-67), their only 50-point win in franchise history. The teams will continue their schedules with the Nets visiting the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday as part of a five-game road trip, while the Clippers travel to face the Utah Jazz the same day
