Templin Leads Utah State to 71-66 Victory Over San Diego State.


LOGAN, Utah – Karson Templin came off the bench to score 18 points, leading Utah State to a 71-66 victory over San Diego State on Saturday. Templin also contributed seven rebounds for the Aggies, who improved to 18-3 overall and 9-2 in Mountain West Conference play.

Adlan Elamin added 13 points on 5-of-12 shooting and pulled down eight rebounds, while Michael Collins Jr. struggled from the field, making just three of 14 shots, including 2-of-9 from three-point range, but added four of five from the free-throw line to total 12 points.

For San Diego State, Reese Waters paced the team with 19 points. Templin scored 12 points in the first half as Utah State and San Diego State went into halftime tied at 34 apiece.
